Residential Lending Group was launching a new mortgage broking business and needed a website and brand identity that felt clear and trustworthy. They wanted a way to present lending options without overwhelming visitors. Their focus was on guidance, simple explanations and a calm experience for first home buyers, investors and clients refinancing.

Project Overview

We created a full website and refined their brand identity. The aim was to make lending feel easier to understand. The site presents loan types in a simple layout and guides visitors to enquiry points without pressure. Brand updates included logo variations, a refined colour palette and supporting assets for digital and print.

Our Process

We began with discovery to understand audiences and lending scenarios. Borrowers often feel overwhelmed by options and terminology, so content was structured around clear paths for each loan type. Calls to action were placed throughout the site to guide visitors to FAQs or enquiry forms.

The design used a professional and approachable tone. We focused on readability, simple layouts and a calm visual style. An orange accent was introduced to draw attention to important actions while keeping the interface clean. The logo was refined into flexible versions for web and print.

Development used WordPress for easy content updates. We compressed media and kept scripts light to support strong performance. Forms, contact buttons and headings were reviewed across devices. Metadata was set for core lending terms to improve clarity in search results.

We also prepared promotional materials for launch. These included digital assets and print templates that matched the updated identity.
