Residential Lending Group (ResiLend) is a mortgage broking business helping first‑home buyers, investors and clients refinancing. The team provides clear advice and tailored lending options across home, business and SMSF loans.
We created a brand new website for ResiLend. The build presents services in a simple format, adds helpful tools and makes it easy to enquire.
We started with discovery to map audiences and lending scenarios. Content was structured around clear paths for home loans, business and commercial loans, SMSF loans and consumer finance. Calls to action guide visitors FAQs and enquiry forms.
Design focused on trust and readability. We modernised the interface and simplified navigation. We introduced an orange accent to draw attention to key actions and messages. The logo was refined into a primary mark, a secondary version and a submark. We prepared tagline lockups for flexible use across the site and print.
Development used WordPress for easy content management. We optimised performance with compressed media and lean scripts. Forms, phone links and email links were tested across devices. Headings and metadata were set to support search for core loan terms.
We also produced promotional materials to support launch. These included digital assets for social, simple print collateral and branded templates that match the updated identity.
